Decision CRTC 87-60
Quebec and Ontario Regions
Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1986-337 dated 5 December 1986, the Commission approves the applications to amend the broadcasting licences for the radio stations listed in the appendix to this decision by adding the following condition of licence, in accordance with Public Notice CRTC 1985-252 dated 20 November 1985:
The licensee shall not affiliate or disaffiliate with any network operator without first having obtained the written approval of the Commission.
