Telecom Costs Order CRTC 87-2

In re: British Columbia Telephone Company (B.C. Tel) - 1986 Construction Review
|
|
Application for costs by the Federated Anti-Poverty Groups of B.C. and the B.C. Old Age Pensioners' Organization (FAPG et al).
|
|
DIRECTION AS TO COSTS
|
|
1. The application for costs of FAPG et al for an award of costs in respect of the 1986 B.C. Tel Construction Program Review is hereby approved.
|
|
2. The Commission considers that FAPG et al's application meets the requirements of section 73 of the National Transportation Act and of subsection 44(1) of the CRTC Telecommunications Rules of Procedure.
|
|
3. Costs awarded herein shall be paid to FAPG et al by B.C. Tel.
|
|
4. Costs awarded herein shall be subject to taxation in accordance with the CRTC Telecommunications Rules of Procedure.
|
|
5. Costs awarded herein shall be taxed by greg van Koughnett.
|
|
6. FAPG et al shall, by 6 February 1987, submit a bill of costs and an affidavit of disbursements to the taxing officer and serve a copy thereof on B.C. Tel.
