NORTHWESTEL INC. AND TERRA NOVA TELECOMMUNICATIONS INC. - REGULATORY TREATMENT WITH RESPECT TO MULTILINE AND DATA TERMINAL EQUIPMENT
The Commission has received applications from NorthwesTel Inc. (NorthwesTel) and Terra Nova Telecommunications Inc. (Terra Nova), dated 21 May 1986 and 22 May 1986 respectively, requesting that, with reference to Participation of Bell Canada and British Columbia Telephone Company in the Multiline and Data Terminal Equipment Market, Telecom Decision CRTC 86-5, 20 March 1986 (Decision 86-5), they be treated in a manner similar to that of Bell Canada and British Columbia Telephone Company.
NorthwesTel's application may be examined at any of its business offices or at the offices of the CRTC, Room 561, Central Building, Les Terrasses de la Chaudière, 1 Promenade du Portage, Hull, Quebec or 700 West Georgia Street, Suite 1130, Vancouver, British Columbia. A copy of the application may be obtained by any interested person upon request directed to NorthwesTel at the address shown below.
Terra Nova's application may be examined at any of its business offices or at the offices of the CRTC, Room 561, Central Building, Les Terrasses de la Chaudière, 1 Promenade du Portage, Hull, Quebec. A copy of the application may be obtained by any interested person, upon request directed to Terra Nova at the address shown below.
