Following a Public Hearing in Toronto on 3 December 1985, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for CKFM-FM Toronto by authorizing the use of a Subsidiary Communications Multiplex Operation (SCMO) sub-carrier for the purpose of distributing Greek-language programming.
The licensee is expected to adhere to the applicable guidelines specified in Public Notice CRTC 1984-117 dated 17 May 1984 entitled "Services using the Vertical Blanking Interval (Television) or Subsidiary Communications Multiplex Operation (FM)".
