TELESAT CANADA - DEREGULATION OF EARTH STATION SERVICES
In CRTC Telecom Public Notice 1985-21, dated 27 February 1985, the Commission directed Telesat Canada (Telesat, the Company) to file, by 11 March 1985, its responses to the interrogatories issued by the Commission in respect of Telesat's application regarding its earth station services. By letter dated 27 February 1985, Telesat requested an extension of a minimum of 120 days.
By letter dated 8 March 1985, the Commission granted Telesat an extension of 120 days to 9 July 1985 to respond to the interrogatories.
The deadline for comments by interested parties on the application and responses to interrogatories has been extended accordingly from 11 April 1985 to 9 August 1985. The deadline for reply comments by Telesat has been extended to 19 August 1985.
