CKMW Radio Ltd.

Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1985-162 dated 25 July 1985, the Commission approves the application for authority to transfer the ownership and effective control of CKMW Radio Ltd., licensee of CKMW Brampton, through the issue of 192 common voting shares to Mr. Angelo Cremisio and 131 common voting shares to Universal Plumbing Ltd. from the company's treasury.
As a result of this transaction, the ownership structure of CKMW Radio Ltd. will now consist of Mr. Patrick Hurley (38.6%), Mr. William Evanov (37.1%), Mr. Angelo Cremisio (14.4%) and Universal Plumbing Ltd. (9.9%).
The Commission notes that no interventions have been received with respect to this application and is satisfied that the transaction is in the public interest.
