Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1985-94 dated 14 May 1985, the Commission approves the application to amend the licence for the broadcasting receiving undertaking serving Kingston, by increasing the maximum installation fee from $25.00 to $40.00. In approving this increase the Commission has taken into consideration the fact that the increase only covers a portion of the actual costs of installation and has determined that such an increase is justified on economic grounds.
