Following a Public Hearing in Hull Quebec on 19 November 1985, the Commission approves the application for a broadcasting licence for a French-language television station at Thorne/Eldee, on channel 16 with a transmitter power of 13 watts to rebroadcast the programs of CBLFT Toronto, through CBLFT-1 Sturgeon Falls, Ontario.
The Commission will issue a licence expiring 30 September 1987, subject to the conditions specified in the licence to be issued. This term will enable the Commission to consider the renewal of this licence at the same time as that of CBLFT Toronto.
