Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1984-158 dated 27 June 1984, the Commission approves the application to amend the licence for the broadcasting receiving undertaking serving Fox Creek by increasing the maximum monthly subscriber fee from $13.25 to $13.78. The Commission considers that the fee increase is justified on the basis of the Commission's current criteria for rate regulation (Public Announcement dated 18 September 1974).
