The purpose of this correspondence is to request your assistance in modifying your records associated with certain small Canadian Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers (ILECs). In reviewing the company code information contained in the Business Integrated Routing and Rating Database System [1](BIRRDS), it was discovered that the companies identified below have been categorized incorrectly.

The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) regulates telecommunications services in Canada. CRTC staff has been asked by the Canadian Numbering Administrator (CNA) to assist by sending this correspondence to NECA that confirms the actual status of the affected companies identified below.
