Competitive Local Exchange Carrier ( CLEC) model tariff - User's Guide - 64KB - Version 7.2 - The purpose of this document is to provide Competitive Local Exchange Carriers instructions for the use of the Model Tariff in creating a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (“CLEC”) tariff with the objectives of minimizing regulatory burden and unnecessary delays in tariff approval. It also explains how the Model Tariff can be adapted for particular circumstances and provides references about the tariff filing process.
