RE:  Request for extension to central office codes in-service dates by Rogers Communications Canada Inc.

Dear Mr. Kalsi:

On 12 July 2017, Rogers Communications Canada Inc. (Rogers) requested approval for an extension to the 22 July 2017 in-service date for central office (CO) codes 581-866, 581-868, and 581-869 in Quebec.
Rogers noted that the launch of the specific project requiring these CO codes has been pushed back to September 2017. Rogers further noted that, until project launch, the codes are needed for network testing and billing validation, among other things. It therefore requested a 3-month extension to its forecasted in-service date.
Commission staff considers that Rogers’ request to extend, by 3 months, the above CO codes in-service date is reasonable.

Sincerely,
