RE: Approval of Emergency Notification for Test Code for Allstream Inc.
Dear Ms. McLaughlin:
On 29 January 2016, Allstream Inc. (Allstream) requested that Commission staff approve an emergency notification for a shortened interval for a Central Office Test Code 548-810, from 45 days to 35 days, effective 4 March 2016.
In its request, Allstream indicated that it had been notified of testing on 28 January 2016.
Commission staff considers this request for an emergency notification for a shortened interval to be reasonable.
Allstream is reminded that it must submit a Part 1 form to the Canadian Numbering Administrator with the proposed effective date.
