RE: Request for Emergency Notification for FlexITy Central Office Code 647-601

Dear Ms. Bonner:

On 3 December 2015, FlexITy Solutions Inc. (FlexITy) requested that Commission staff approve an emergency notification for a shortened interval for FlexITy Central Office Code 647-601, from the regular 52-day interval to 40 days.

In its request, FlexITy indicated that it had applied for the CO Code in sufficient time for it to become effective 27 December 2015. It stated, however, that it had recently learned that the routing information must be changed. FlexITy’s request will allow it to make changes to the routing information without waiting for the full 52-day period that would normally apply or having to change its planned in-service date.

Commission staff considers this request for an emergency notification for a shortened interval to be reasonable.

FlexITy is reminded that it must submit a Part 1 form to the Canadian Numbering Administrator with the new proposed effective date.

Sincerely,
