RE:  Request for extension to central office code in-service dates

Dear Sir:

On 5 March 2015, Comwave Networks requested approval for a second extension to the in-service dates for its 778-510, 587-388 and 587-860 central office (CO) codes in British Columbia and Alberta.

In its request, Comwave Networks indicated that the delay was caused by lack of capacity on their providers’ facilities and that failure to obtain extension would result in a loss of the test window.

Commission staff considers that Comwave Networks’ request to extend the CO codes’ in-service dates is reasonable. Consequently, the in-service date for the above codes is extended to 31 May 2015.

Sincerely,
