RE: Request for an in-service date extension
Dear Sir:
On 30 April 2014, Gosfield North Communications (Gosfield) requested that an extension to the in-service date be granted for its 226-275 (Woodslee), 226-375 (Pleasant Park), 226-409 (Belle River) and 226-727 (Emeryville) central office (CO) codes in southwestern Ontario.
In its request, Gosfield stated that due to delays regarding the activation of SS7 and 911 trunks it required an extension until 30 May 2014.
Commission staff considers that Gosfield's request to extend the CO code in-service date is reasonable.
