For approval:
a) The Business Process Working Group (BPWG) submitted a consensus report entitled CLEC access to ILEC Operation Support Systems (OSSs) Management Guidelines, version 1.2 (BPRE053c.doc - 216 KB, BPGLOSMG12.doc - 744 KB)
b) The BPWG submitted a consensus report (BPRE071c.doc - 230 KB) entitled Manual Equipment Records for Resale Customers. This consensus report replaces non-consensus report BPRE071b which should be withdrawn.
c) The Canadian Steering Committee on Numbering (CSCN) submitted a revised Canadian Numbering Resource Utilization Forecast (C-NRUF) Guideline (CNRE079A.doc - 582 KB)
d) The NPA 819 Relief Planning Committee (RPC) submitted a report entitled RPC
recommendation for the NPA 819 Planning Document and Relief Implementation Plan (NPA819_TIF_Report_1.pdf - 2224 KB).
e) The BPWG submitted a consensus report entitled Implementation of HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) for Billing and Collection (BPRE078a.doc - 137 KB) along with Billing & Collection Technical Guideline (BPGLBCTG14.doc - 629 KB)
f) The NPA 289-905 RPC submitted a report entitled NPA 289-905 Planning Document and Relief Implementation Plan (NPA289-905 TIF Report #1.pdf - 2907 KB)
g) The CSCN submitted a consensus report entitled CSCN TIF Report 81 re: TIF 82 CSCN Contribution to INC re INC Issue 664 (Review NPA Allocation Guidelines to Consider NPA Sharing) (CNRE081A.doc - 111KB)

a) The Business Process Working Group (BPWG) submitted a new TIF to review the Billing & Collection technical Guidelines to address the impact of the introduction of harmonized sales tax in Ontario and British Columbia (BPTF0078(draft).doc - 44 KB).
b) The Network Working Group submitted a new TIF to evaluate access to 9-1-1 services via various forms of text messaging (NTTF025.doc - 89 KB)
