1. Approval of previous Steering Committee (SC) minutes

Working groups have submitted the following items for consideration by the SC.
2. Reports
The Network Working Group submitted a consensus report entitled Practices and Definition of Mass Calling (NTRE047.doc - 64KB) for approval and to forward to the Business Process Working Group to address issues identified in the report.
The Emergency Services Working Group (ESWG) submitted two consensus reports for approval. The reports are entitled:
- Wireless E9-1-1 Phase 2 Stage 1 Technical Specification Recommendation Version 1.3 (ESRE0047.pdf - 448KB) and
- Rollout Schedule for Wireless Phase II Stage 1 E9-1-1 Implementation (ESRE0048a.pdf - 303KB)
3. New TIF
The Emergency Services Working Group submitted the following new TIFs
- TIF 57 Wireless Phase II Rollout - Criteria, priority, schedule (ESTF0057.doc - 141KB)
- TIF 58 Wireless Phase II Support of roamers (North American), roamers (International), uninitialized, unsubscribed, unregistered, and lapsed subscriptions (ESTF0058.doc - 52KB)
- TIF 59 Wireless Phase II E9-1-1 In-Call Location Update (ICLU) (ESTF0059.doc - 45KB)

Face-to-face scheduled for 12 June 2009, 9 a.m. in Gatineau.
Teleconferences scheduled for 18 September 2009 and 11 December 2009, 11 a.m. Ottawa time.
Walk-around SC meetings will be held as needed.
