The chart displays the contributions to local expression by Class 1 BDUs between 1998 and 2009. From a level of $66.6 million in 1998, BDU contributions to local expression have increased to $119.1 million in 2009. When increased to reflect inflation for the period of 1999 to 2009, the 1998 contribution of $66.6 million would have increased to $83.4 million in 2009, which is $35.7 million lower than the actual contribution amount of $119.1 million recorded for 2009.
