In the interest of providing statistical information regarding the expenditures for community television on an aggregate basis, please provide the data requested on the attached form for the 2009 broadcast year. This information will assist in the review of the community television policy framework.
The Commission will make this data available so that parties can comment on it in any final written submission after the hearing.
This undertaking will be announced on the first day of the public hearing to review community television. You will have until May 7, 2010 to file your data.
