Re: Bell Canada - Request for clarification regarding Telecom Decision 2019-419
The Commission received correspondence from Bell Canada, dated 20 December 2019, requesting that the Commission issue an erratum to Telecom Decision 2019-419 on an expedited basis, or, in the alternative, applying (pursuant to Part 1 of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure (Rules)) for relief in the nature of the erratum.
The application has been posted to the Commission’s website as a Part 1 application. Given Bell Canada’s request for an expedited process and the narrow scope of the subject of its request, staff considers it appropriate to establish an expedited process for comments, as follows:
a. Interested persons may file comments by 22 January 2020, and
b. Bell Canada may file reply comments by 27 January 2020.
