RE: Suspension of deadlines until further notice of Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2020-178 – Call for comments – Accessibility – Mobile wireless service plans that meet the needs of Canadians with various disabilities
Dear Madam/Sir:
On 26 August 2020, the Commission issued an amendment to Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2020-178 – Call for comments – Accessibility – Mobile wireless service plans that meet the needs of Canadians with various disabilities, suspending all deadlines until further notice.
As the amended Notice indicates, the Commission intends to issue an updated notice addressing revised deadlines and any further process, if warranted, as soon as practicable.
However, despite the suspension of deadlines, parties may still file comments with the Commission in the interim if they so choose. If you would like to file comments on the record of the proceeding during the suspension period, you can do so anytime by sending them to the Secretary General of the Commission using one of the following means:
- by mail to CRTC, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0N2;
- by fax to 819-994-0218; or
- via GC Key.
