RE:  NorthernTel Tariff Notice 392– Intra-exchange Distance Charges

Dear Mr. Gilbert:

On 3 April, 2017 the Commission received an application by NorthernTel, under Tariff Notice (TN) 392, in which the company proposed changes to NorthernTel’s General Tariff CRTC 25510, Section N260, item 3 – Rates and Charges for Intra-exchange Distance Charges - Local Channels, in order to introduce a rate range and increase the maximum rate in the rate range.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.

Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
