RE:  SaskTel Tariff Notice 316 – General Tariff

Dear Sir:

On 23 July 2015, the Commission received an application by Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel), under Tariff Notice 316, in which the company proposed to withdraw two features, and remove terms and language related to forborne services from the Basic Package of its Integrated Business Communications Service.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be disposed of on the 45th calendar day following receipt. The Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, by the end of October 2015.
