CFPP-FM Sherbrooke – Revocation of licence
1. Fabrique Notre-Dame-du-Perpétuel-Secours has requested the revocation of its broadcasting licence for the low-power, French-language religious (Church) FM radio station CFPP-FM Sherbrooke, Quebec, in order to continue its operation as an exempt undertaking, pursuant to Exemption order for low-power radio stations that provide programming from houses of worship, Broadcasting Order CRTC 2013-621, 21 November 2013.
2. Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Fabrique Notre-Dame-du-Perpétuel-Secours for the above-mentioned undertaking.
