Re: Bell Canada Exclusion Application Filed Pursuant to Telecom Decision CRTC 2005-20, Finalization of quality of service rate rebate plan for competitors (Decision 2005-20)
Bell Canada filed an exclusion application on 14 April 2010. The application relates to the impact of excavation work by the City of Montréal to repair damages due to a water main break at Regina and Gertrude Streets. However, it was inadvertently posted under an incorrect file number on the Commission’s website on the date it was received.
When the error was discovered, the application was correctly posted under file number 8660-B2-201007485 (http://www.crtc.gc.ca/PartVII/eng/2010/8660/b2_201007485.htm) on 3 May 2010. Under the circumstances, comments on the exclusion application will be accepted until 18 May 2010 (14 days after the date the application was correctly posted).
Commission staff apologizes for any delays in disposing of this application.
