Revocation of licence
1. Corus Radio Company has requested the revocation of its licence for the AM radio programming undertaking CJUL Cornwall.
2. Given the licensee’s request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to Corus Radio Company for the above-mentioned undertaking.
