Dear Mr. Walkie:

RE:   TBayTel Tariff Notices 135 and 135A

On 26 September 2007, the Commission received an application by TBayTel, under cover of Tariff Notice (TN) 135, and amended by TN 135A received 2 October 2007, proposing to revise its General Tariff, under sections TB70, TB80, TB90, TB100, TB110, TB130 and TB850.

TBayTel proposed to transfer to single-line residence subscribers the responsibility for maintenance and repair of existing inside wire and new installations, additions, moves, and rearrangements of same.

TBayTel also proposed to offer single-line residence customers a maintenance plan for inside wire entitled Wire Care.

The Commission is continuing its analysis and will be unable to render a decision within 10 business days of receipt of this application.   The Commission expects to render its decision shortly.

Yours sincerely,
