Dear Mr. Englehart:

Re: Tariff Notice 27

On 27 October 2006 , the Commission received an application by Rogers Communications Inc. on behalf of Rogers Home Phone Inc. (RHPI), under cover of Tariff Notice 27, in which the company proposed to transfer the tariff associated with RHPI's competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) and third party internet access (TPIA) operations to Rogers Cable Communications Inc.

The Commission is in the process of considering this application and expects to render its decision by 17 November 2006 .

Yours sincerely,
