1) Refer to the revised Report on the Economic Evaluation for the Direct Connect service, Table 6.4.5-1 titled Summary of Phase II cost Impacts: Direct Connect Combined bands, dated 20   May 2003 . Provide a revised cost per connect minute for each of the following changes in assumptions:

a) DTC is used as the growth technology instead of SPM; further provide an estimate of the percentage of the current DC traffic that is carried using DTC technology;

b) demand is increased by 10%; identify the individual software and hardware components for which the unit costs varies depending on the assumed demand level, with supporting rationale;

c)  a 7-year study period is used;

d) the umbilical link electronic AWFF is set at a minimum of 68%; and

e)  items b) and d) combined.

2) Refer to the response to interrogatory SaskTel (Competitors)16 Feb04-31 D-03-83. Identify each of the components in the DC cost study for which the adjustment factors and/or General Fill Adjustments were applied to.   Additionally, indicate if the adjustment fill factors   and/or the General Fill Adjustments were applied in the 2000 DC study, if yes provide the factor used. If not, explain why these additional factors are now being proposed.  

3)  Refer to paragraph 45 of Report on the Economic Evaluation for the Direct Connect(DC) service, dated 20 May 2003 .   Provide SaskTel's maintenance cost factors used in the DC cost study, the associated maintenance expense accounts and asset classes used to develop these factors, and the vintage of the data used.
