CKML Chalk River - Licence renewal

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CKML Chalk River, from 1 September 2005 to 31 August 2012, to be issued to The Security Systems Coordinator, Chalk River Laboratories, authorizing Stephen Plumley, in his capacity as the Security Systems Coordinator, and any subsequent person1 occupying that position, to operate the aforementioned undertaking.

The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application.

3.

The licence will be subject to the conditions set out therein, as well as to the following conditions of licence:
 
  • The licensee shall use the station solely for the purpose of broadcasting emergency information consisting of pre-recorded or live messages to the Chalk River area.
 
  • The licensee shall broadcast no commercial messages.
 
  • The licensee shall not broadcast musical selections.
