ExaTEL Inc.

Interconnection agreement between local exchange carriers

1.

The Commission received an application by ExaTEL Inc. (ExaTEL), dated 19 April 2004, for approval of a revised Schedule C of the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection between ExaTEL and Bell Canada.

2.

ExaTEL submitted that the proposed revisions reflect changes to the SS7 network between Bell Canada and ExaTEL.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission notes that ExaTEL filed a revised Schedule C in confidence and did not provide an abridged version of this document for the public record.

5.

The Commission approves ExaTEL's application.
