Wireless system operators - Tower service

1.

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 28 February 2003, to migrate the former TCI General Tariff item 695, Wireless System Operator (WSO) -  Tower Service, to TCI's Carrier Access Tariff item 215, Radio Tower Access Service.

In its application, TCI indicated that although the withdrawal of the former TCI General Tariff item 695 was approved in Telecom Order CRTC 2003-85, 20 February 2003, the company, due to an oversight, did not include the pertinent tariff pages in its application filed under Tariff Notice 70. TCI further indicated that all customers who will experience a rate increase as a result of this migration have been notified by letter dated 5 November 2002.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as the date of this order.
