Bell Canada

Digital exchange access inter-exchange service

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 1 November 2002, to introduce Special Facilities Tariff item B91(a), Digital Exchange Access Inter-Exchange Service, in order to provide an Internet service provider with an integrated access arrangement to be used in conjunction with digital exchange access inter-exchange service.

2.

In its application, Bell Canada indicated that, while this item was developed for the requirements of a specific customer, it is available for use by other customers.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
