Revocation of licence

Radio Station CKPG Limited (CKPG) has requested the revocation of its licence for the radio programming undertaking CKMK MacKenzie upon the approval of its application to amend the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CKDV-FM Prince George to add a transmitter at MacKenzie. That application has been approved today in CKDV-FM Prince George - New transmitter in MacKenzie, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2003-495, 6 October 2003.

Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to CKPG for the above-mentioned undertaking.
