The Commission approves Northern's request to introduce a rebill and resale tariff pursuant to Decision CRTC 2001-583, to allow competitive toll service providers to resell or rebill Northern's local exchange services at tariffed rates. |

Northern filed the application on 17 October 2001 to add section N95 to its General Tariff. |
|
|
The revisions take effect on 19 November 2001. |
