Addition of a transmitter of CBH-FM Halifax at Mulgrave |

1. |
The Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CBH-FM Halifax (the originating station), by authorizing the licensee to add a transmitter at Mulgrave. |
2. |
As proposed, the new FM transmitter will operate on frequency 103.1 MHz (channel 276C1) with an effective radiated power of 40,500 watts. |
3. |
The transmitter will offer the CBC's Radio Two service. |
4. |
The authority will be effective and the licence will be amended only at such time as: |
