Mr. Dallas Yeulett Dear Mr. Yeulett: Subject: Proposed Revisions to the 1999 Phase III Manual of Northwestel Inc. The Commission has reviewed the company's Phase III Manual Update report filed on 15 August 2000. The Commission considers that all of the proposed changes in the company's Update report are consistent with recent CRTC directives and generally reflect the requisite cost causality principles that are embodied in the Phase III procedures. Accordingly, the Commission approves the updates as submitted and directs the company to file with the Commission and serve on interested parties amended Phase III Manual pages that reflect these revisions within 30 days of the date of this letter.
