The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A00-0078 dated 10 August 2000, a change to the effective control of Barriere Cable Ltd., licensee of the cable distribution undertaking serving Barriere. The change is effected through the transfer of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Barriere Cable Ltd. from Mascon Communications Corp. to Caissie Holdings Ltd., a Canadian owned and controlled company. |
