Telecom Order CRTC 2000-10

Ottawa, 14 January 2000
On 23 December 1999, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of revisions to General Tariff Item 685, introducing a promotion from 7 February to 30 April 2000 whereby customers will be provided with a $66.99 or $74.99 one-time credit for each Advantage KeyPak local that they have installed; changing the service name to Advantage KeyPak to align with the name under which the service is marketed; and extending the service charge waiver associated with subscriptions to Advantage KeyPak.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The application is approved on an interim basis effective 7 February 2000.
