Deletion of authority for transmitter CKHL at High Level | |
1. Peace River Broadcasting Corporation Ltd. (Peace River) has requested the deletion of its authority for CKHL High Level, a transmitter of CKYL Peace River. | |
2. Decision CRTC 98-477, dated 5 October 1998, approved Peace River’s application for a new FM radio programming undertaking at High Level. This decision noted Peace River‘s intention to surrender its authority for CKHL once the new FM station went on air. | |
3. The Commission hereby amends the licence for the radio programming undertaking CKYL Peace River, by deleting the authority for its transmitter CKHL at High Level. | |
