Decision CRTC 97-514-1
BAF Audio Visual Inc.
Correction
1. In Decision CRTC 97-514 dated 27 August 1997, the Commission approved an application by the above company for a broadcasting licence to carry on a new low-power AM radio undertaking at Toronto. The decision inadvertently included a condition of licence prohibiting the broadcast of any commercial message. The Commission hereby corrects Decision CRTC 97-514 by deleting the following paragraph:
It is also a condition of licence that no commercial messages be broadcast. This condition shall not prohibit the identifcation of one or more sponsors for a program or part of a program where the identification of the sponsor is limited to the name of the sponsor only and does not include a description or representation of the products or services or any attributes of the sponsor's products or services.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.

Secretary General
