Decision

Ottawa, 11 September 1996
Decision CRTC 96-625
Heritage Cable Systems Inc.
Elgin, Delta, Spencerville and Morewood, Ontario - 199607537 - 199607545 - 199607553 - 199607561
Extension of construction deadline
Following Public Notice CRTC 1996-96 dated 5 July 1996, the Commission approves the application by Heritage Cable Systems Inc. to extend to 31 December 1996, the construction and implementation deadline for the undertakings authorized to serve Elgin, Delta and Spencerville; and for the extension of the cable distribution undertaking serving Morewood to include Marionville.
The Commission puts the licensee on notice that, should it be unable to complete construction and implement the above-noted undertakings and the extension to the Morewood undertaking by 31 December 1996, the Commission may not be prepared to grant a further extension and might reassess how these communities are to be served.
This decision is to be appended to each licence.
