APPLICATIONS FOR AMENDMENTS CONCERNING COMMERCIAL FM (RADIO) PROGRAMMING UNDERTAKINGS
The Commission has received the following applications:
ONTARIO REGION/RÉGION DE L'ONTARIO

1. KINGSTON AND GANANOGUE, PART OF PITTSBURGH TOWNSHIP, PART OF FRONT OF LEEDS AND LANSDOWNE TOWNSHIP, PART OF KINGSTON AND ERNESTOWN TOWNSHIPS, Ontario
Application (950982900) by COGECO CABLE CANADA INC., Postal Bag 5500, Kingston, Ontario, K7L 5M7, to amend the broadcasting licence for the (cable) distribution undertaking serving the above-mentioned localities, by adding a condition of licence authorizing the licensee to distribute, at its option, on a discretionary tier, CITY-TV, received via satellite from the Canadian Satellite Communications Inc. (CANCOM) network.

Application (950188300) by the STUDENT MEDIA, UNIVERSITY OF WINDSOR to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CJAM-FM Windsor, by increasing the effective radiated power from 50 to 456 watts.
The licensee states that this change will provide improved service to its listeners.

Intervention

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE COMMISSION AND PLACED ON THE PUBLIC FILE,
- your intervention should clearly identify the application and indicate whether you support or oppose the application, or if you propose changes to it, with facts and grounds therefor. In the event that the application is brought to the oral phase of a hearing it would be helpful to the Commission if you provide reasons why your written comments are not sufficient and an appearance is necessary;
- a true copy MUST be sent to the applicant and a proof of such sending must accompany the original sent to the Commission;
- the intervention must be received by the CRTC and by the applicant ON OR BEFORE the deadline date indicated below. The Commission cannot be held responsible for postal delays;
