Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1994-117 dated 15 September 1994, as amended by Public Notice CRTC 1994-117-1, the Commission approves the application by Radio Dégelis Inc. with respect to the use of the frequency 95.5 MHz, channel 238B, by the new FM radio station approved in Decision CRTC 93-737. | |
The Commission expects the licensee to ensure that, once the new station has commenced broadcasting, the actual 0.5 mV/m contour produced under the amended technical parameters approved herein excludes the municipality of Saint-Jacques, New Brunswick. Should this not be the case, the licensee will be expected to take further remedial action subject to approval in writing from the Commission and the Department of Industry, Science and Technology. | |
