Licence amendment

Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1994-98 dated 12 August 1994, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CHON-FM Whitehorse by including the authority for the transmitters noted below, all operating on a frequency of 90.5 MHz (channel 213LP) with an effective radiated power of 1 watt:
VF2125 Beaver Creek
VF2126 Keno City
VF2127 Stewart Crossing
VF2128 Tagish
This amendment will bring this licence into conformity with the Broadcasting Act and with Public Notice CRTC 1991-63 entitled "New Broadcasting Act - Amendments to Classes of Licence". It will take effect upon surrender of the separate licences currently issued for each of the above transmitters.
