Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1994-96 dated 11 August 1994, the Commission approves the application to amend the licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving the above-noted communities, by including the authority for the transmitter CHBR-FM which distributes the programming of CIFM-FM Kamloops, on the frequency 95.1 MHz (channel 236LP), with an effective radiated power of 1 watt. | |
This amendment will bring this licence into conformity with the Broadcasting Act and with Public Notice CRTC 1991-63 entitled "New Broadcasting Act - Amendments to Classes of Licence". | |
The Commission notes that the licensee will surrender the separate licence currently issued for CHBR-FM upon approval of this application. | |
