Licence renewal and amendment
Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1994-38 dated 30 March 1994, the Commission renews the licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Uranium City from 1 September 1994 to 31 August 2001, subject to the conditions in effect under the current licence, as well as to those conditions specified in this decision and in the licence to be issued.
The Commission also approves the application to amend the licence of this undertaking, by deleting the distribution of CHAN-TV Vancouver and Allarcom Pay Television Limited (SuperChannel) and by adding the programming service of WTVS (PBS) Detroit, Michigan.
The Commission notes that this undertaking distributes, in non-encrypted mode, the following programming services:

It is a condition of licence that the licensee ensure, to the satisfaction of the Commission, that the television signals it transmits in non-encrypted mode are not receivable with acceptable quality within the authorized service area or service contours of any currently authorized neighbouring subscription-based distribution undertaking.
