Following a Public Hearing in the National Capital Region beginning on 8 July 1991, the Commission approves the application for a licence for an English-language AM radio programming undertaking at Sicamous on the frequency 1,260 KHz, with a transmitter power of 30 watts, to provide broadcasts on public, agricultural, marine, and recreational weather. The Commission will issue a licence expiring 31 August 1995, subject to the conditions specified in the licence to be issued.
