Decision CRTC 91-353
REVOCATION OF THE LICENCE FOR THE BROADCASTING TRANSMITTING UNDERTAKING FOR CKCV QUÉBEC, ISSUED TO TÉLÉMÉDIA COMMUNICATIONS INC.
Télémédia Communications Inc. has requested the revocation of the broadcasting licence for radio station CKCV Québec.
Accordingly, in view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraphs 6(1)(c) and 15(1)(a) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission, on the recommendation of the Executive Committee, hereby revokes the licence issued to Télémédia Communications Inc. for CKCV Québec.
